An Organization’s Stride Towards Health

Maintaining optimal physical and mental health is crucial for achieving lasting success. Tech professionals, for instance, often find themselves sitting at their desks for extended periods, underlining the necessity of making time for physical exercise and meditative practices to safeguard their health and wellbeing.

Given the demands of work, it is not uncommon for individuals to overlook key aspects of their wellness, including proper nutrition and sufficient sleep. The team at Works is dedicated to offering guidance and support in these areas.

The Works Community is thrilled to introduce our latest project, ‘March to Wellness,’ which aims to promote healthier habits, including physical fitness and nutritious diets, to individuals this month.

Lasting an entire month, our initiative offers numerous exciting prospects for Works members to participate in.

Take part in exhilarating online pursuits that are designed to enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing along with Works members scattered across the world.

Challenges of Upholding Wellness while Adventuring (March 1st-7th)

Individuals who are part of the Pacer Virtual Challenge are welcome to use the Pacer app to take part in a virtual walk of 13.1 miles (21 kilometers), which commences at Forte Marghera and concludes at the Basilica of Saints Mary and Donatus.

Get the Pacer app on the App Store or Google Play.

The victor of the challenge will receive a state-of-the-art fitness watch, and every participant will receive a personalised wellness certificate from Works. Furthermore, the first twenty finishers of the challenge will each receive one-of-a-kind SWAG as a prize!
