Today, we are delighted to have Tammy Bjelland as our special guest. Ms. Bjelland is the President and Founder of Learning in Bloom, a bespoke learning solutions provider that specializes in instructional design and a task-based approach for nurturing talent and expertise. In addition, she is the creator of Work placeless, an organization that assists individuals in furthering their careers from the comfort of home, as well as helping companies to construct and cultivate successful, involved remote workforces.

Additionally, we explored the knowledge and resources that today’s leaders need to make the most of available learning opportunities
