GSV is the total amount of money that has come into Works before being allocated to the talent. This is how Works calculates the size and expansion of the network. For example, suppose a client employs three developers at a monthly rate of $10,000. For the month, the GSV would be $33k ($10,000 x 3 dev + 10% Works fee).
The total number of talent profiles on the Works platform. It takes into account both verified and unverified talent.
The total amount of jobs posted on the Works platform.
This metric is based on bills that have already been submitted. The average project size is computed by multiplying the number of weeks in a project by the number of hours each week multiplied by the hourly rate.
The number of ongoing and completed projects is used to calculate this metric. The start date is determined when a talent offer is made, and the end date is determined when the project is marked as complete or when the predicted end date arrives. The overall project duration is averaged and rounded to the nearest half month.
The quantity of Works tokens available is limited. The total number of WORKS tokens is capped at 250 million, and no more or fewer will ever exist. As a result, WORKS tokens can't be diluted. A total of 125 million tokens have been set aside for community incentives.
