My client is on a search for a Senior Blockchain Engineer and will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining the blockchain solution built off ETH to tokenize and enhance the accessibility, liquidity, and security of properties.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement an Ethereum-compatible blockchain solution for the tokenization of real estate assets.
• Create and optimize smart contracts for property management, rental agreements, and revenue distribution.
• Establish seamless integration between our blockchain solution and the Ethereum mainnet.
• Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular unit tests to ensure the safety of the blockchain and the smart contracts.
• Apply sharding, sidechains, or other scaling solutions to enhance the network's performance and capacity.
• Ensure that property data is recorded transparently on the blockchain.
• Collaborate with cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity providers to facilitate the listing and trading of tokenized real estate assets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Blockchain Engineer, with a strong portfolio of blockchain development projects with a background in working with Start-ups.
• Expertise In Ethereum-based scaling solutions (zkRollups, Optimistic Rollups, State Channels)
• Extensive experience in smart contract development using Solidity and security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and key management.
• Familiarity with blockchain compliance, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Ability to oversee a team of Junior/Mid-Level blockchain engineers is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
