You will be a key driver in the evolution of blockchain technology

Blockchain technology has been the hottest technology in recent years, combining cryptography, decentralised systems, VMs... to provide a decentralised trust system.

There are many teams around the world applying blockchain technology to different sectors (finance, gaming, education, healthcare...) to provide a more efficient solution. However, blockchain applications are still struggling to reach the mainstream market, and one of the biggest obstacles is the "complexity of the experience".

Job Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (Go, Rust, Java, C#...)
Basic knowledge of blockchain and Smart Contract operation principles
High level of enthusiasm for blockchain and the ability to learn new technologies on their own initiative
Able to adapt to the flexible and fast trial-and-error working mode of a start-up company
Accept partial payment of salary in shares

Additional bonus

Familiarity with blockchain Smart Contract development
Familiarity with blockchain principles
Familiarity with different Ethereum Layer 2 operating principles (ZK Rollup, Optimistic Rollup, Side-chain)
Familiarity with Go programming language
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
