DESCRIPTIONS

Be responsible for the design, development, quality, and delivery of initiatives for the engineering team
Plan, coordinate and delegate tasks effectively that ensure engineering projects are delivered with great quality and in a timely manner
Proactively lead stakeholder communications related to deliverables and risks
Actively and directly contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements
Prepare reports on project updates or general performance metrics for cross-departmental presentations
Form and manage a highly effective team; both from hiring and developing others

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

6+ years of experience as a Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer/Technical Lead, preferably familiar with Node.js, Kotlin, Swift & Phyton
Experience using version control systems like Git
Basic understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and CI/CD tools
Working knowledge in GCP & AWS is considered an added value
Experience in system architecture design for highly-scalable and highly-available system
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good project management skills
