Frontend Architect (React JS)

Dallas, TX (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable web solutions.
  • Architect end-to-end web systems with a strong emphasis on React.js for frontend development and AEM/any CMS for content management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to meet project goals.
  • Ensure architectural coherence and consistency across the web solution landscape.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges, offer insights, and present viable technical solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in React.js and AEM or any CMS.
  • In-depth knowledge of React.js, including state management, component lifecycle, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any CMS for web content management.
  • Familiarity with integrating frontend solutions with backend services and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, responsive design, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and diagrams to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for working within a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
