Job description

Netra is looking for a frontend engineer to craft the interface for the next decentralized music revolution, reimagining the future of music through web3 and blockchain technology, from Indonesia, Asia, and beyond. You’ll be working on Netra’s website application, delivering user-facing features with a good design, high performance, and reliability.

As a small team, we’re all generalists who are passionate about a great product. We’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick a problem and solve it elegantly with performance and quality in mind. You’ll also have the ability to bring a strong impact on both technical and product decisions. We’re setting the bar extremely high when it comes to ease of use and performance - meaning we’re open to re-evaluating the use of technologies and core architectural decisions in order to reach our desired goal.
Your responsibilities will include
  1. Building user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components.
  2. Working closely with designers to rapidly implement new feature concepts.
  3. Managing communication with server and blockchain.
  4. Implementing new features involving complex UI, forms, charts, and blockchain transaction.
  5. Improving application performance using profiling.
  6. Maintaining high-quality test suites.

What we’re looking for
  1. Mid to senior level experience in building web application with Next.js (React).
  2. Experienced with design systems and UI libraries.
  3. Experienced working with GraphQL.
  4. Familiarity, or willing to learn, with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) concept.
  5. Experienced working with state management libraries.
  6. Passionate about great UI/UX with understanding of a good user experience and have a taste in interface design.
  7. Good time and task management skills.
  8. Strong computer science fundamentals with attention to clean-code, performance optimization, and scalability.

  1. Next.js, Jotai, and Zustand.
  2. Tailwindcss.
  3. Ethers and Wagmi.
  4. Urql and react-query.
  5. Vercel.
  6. Linear, Craft, Github, and Discord.
Netra is a decentralized music publishing platform that simplifies ownership through Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and creating a more transparent royalty distribution system.
