Overview of the Job:

Slice is a creator management solution that helps agencies and brands manage creator relationships. Our integrated CRM platform simplifies the reporting, payments and relationships for sponsored brand content.

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote team and help us as we transform the creator economy in Indonesia. Our tech stack is Java/Spring/Angular.

This is an early marketing hire for an early-stage startup. This is a hybrid/remote role.

Reporting of the Role:

This role reports to the Engineering Manager.

Measures of Success:

In three months:

You’ll understand our brand and our short-term and long-term goals.
Understand the existing code and be able to contribute to new features.

In six months:

You’ll be able to work more independently.
Develop new product features.
Make recommendations to your Manager on the best options moving forward..

In 12 months:

You’ll be able to work on new features independently.

Responsibilities of the role:

Work directly with the Engineering Manager on timeline estimates.
Properly document code and features.
Understand the creator economy and the needs of content creators.
Refine existing features.
Develop new products and features.

What you’ll need:

3-4 years of coding experience.
Proficient in Java, Spring, Angular.
Proactive and independent attitude. We are a remote team and cannot hold your hand.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Be familiar with developer tools like Jira, Github, AWS.
Bi-lingual preferred, conversational English is a must.
