Responsibilities · Build efficient and reusable components · Build scalable back-end services · Write clean, reusable, maintainable code · A team-oriented approach, with a willingness to receive feedback and iterate on designs · Design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of application services · Designing, enhancing and building out new features and services · Design and implement RESTful APIs · Work with team to create new design/architectures geared towards scale and performance · Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimization · Work with team to define and prototype feature specifications Skills Required · 2+ Years Experience in software development, 1+ Year Experience in Golang · Strong knowledge in APIs and Frontend-Backend communication concepts · Experienced in REST API, JWT authentication, and Swagger · Experienced in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, efficient table schema & database querying · Familiar with Agile methodology of running projects · Familiar with Test Driven Development · Familiar with Git · Familiar with Linux Operating System · Familiar with Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus · Good teamwork skills, capable in collaborating with other team members · A self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end
