Responsibilities:

Execute all UI design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, using a pre-existed design system
Create, improve and use wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
Present and defend your design decisions to peers and stakeholders, considering the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, UX designers and other UI designers in order to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Contribute to improvement and promotion of the design system within the organization

Requirements and skills:

Three or more years of hands-on experience as a UI designer backed by a portfolio and a proven track record
Understanding of UI design principles and experience with different frameworks for both mobile and web platforms
Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows
Strong experience working with a design system
Sensitivity to user-system interaction
Analysis of research and user feedback
Proficiency in Figma environment
Experience using office tools such as Google Suite, Office 365, Slack, Teams, etc.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript High work culture and independence in tasks delivery
Strong command of written and spoken English (C1)
Be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in UX design practice (incl. variety of research methods such as interviews, market research, and user testing, IA design, etc.)
Experience in animation design Experience designing for financial institutions
Proficiency in other visual design and wireframing tools
