Job description

Responsibility
Manage the Programming Team (Backend & Frontend):
  • Make coding standard.
  • Workflow optimization in the technical team.
  • Conducting an assessment/appraisal for the technical team.
  • Define the skill set for the technical team.
Infrastructure Management:
  • Create a server topology if necessary (mostly create when there is a new client).
  • Manage the cost of the client's server usage.
  • Server optimization if needed.
  • Passionate about digital industry, updated with latest technology / programming methods and tools.
  • Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek.
