Job description
PT. Media Digitech Indonesia looking for the ideal candidate, who is responsible for coordinating and implementing work according to a predetermined scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of the system
- Working with existing and new clients to understand their requirements clearly
- Create Scope of Work documents that are easily understandable by the client and the technical team
- Keeping track of timelines and deliverables
- Providing the demo to the clients for their requirements
- Providing business and system support to both internal and external teams
- Testing and troubleshooting the system deployed to ensure quality testing for release to clients
- Preparing system documentations for easy reference for both clients and internal teams
- Creating user guides, FAQs for clients
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Preference will be given to men or women aged < 35 years
- 2+ years of experience as business analyst
- GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university
- Preferable have general insurance business knowledge
- Active communication
- Have strong business analysis and understand IT
- Technical skills including prior experience in coding
- Critical thinking
- Problem Solving
- Documentation and Writing
