Job description

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible to organize and lead the IT development project and deliver the result in accordance with company standards and best practice project management.

Description

Manage and deliver projects in accordance with company standards and best practice project management
Lead the project team so that project goals can be achieved
Organize the development team and ensure that each team member can provide the best results according to the set targets
Communicating with clients during the project and in the after-sales period

Qualification

Minimum education is bachelor degree or other IT-related majors
Have a good understanding and skills in project management
Have technical knowledge in software development such as requirement gathering, system design, query, and excel
Have adequate self-management, job management, team management skills
Have good problem solving skills
Skilled in using project management tools, quickly adapting to new tools
Have above average communication skills, both internally and externally
