Job description
A leading HR platform for companies to manage employees internationally is looking for a Java Developer. The developer will join the team and contribute to the build-out of the internal product and features. The company is simplifying the process for global employment as well as onboarding and managing employees in 150+ countries. The role presents a great chance to create a lasting impact by building a truly global and diverse HR-tech platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain and execute the necessary code and tests to implement the features of the applications/services
- Build out the existing internal product and features
- Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, and debug the application
- Analyze and enhance the performance of the applications
- Write high-quality codes and automated tests
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of relevant back-end development experience
- 6+ years of experience working with Java
- Must be skilled at AWS - MEAN stack and Terraform
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL and React
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
