The selected candidate will take ownership of projects, oversee the entire product life-cycle from ideation to deployment, and provide mentorship for junior team members. Job Responsibilities:

Own projects and oversee the development/execution of projects using cutting-edge technology
Lead and guide the engineers, developers, and other team members
Provide critical experience and suggestions for product roadmaps and system architecture
Help give direction to company processes and introduce new technologies
Keep abreast of new industry breakthroughs and implement them to streamline engineering efforts

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
Expertise with Java, Python, and Ruby on Rails
Previous experience in a leadership role
Ability to generate reports and consistently share findings with company leadership
Excellent communication skills and English fluency
