Job description

A Silicon Valley-based company that is developing a world-class platform that provides real-time charts and prices across all global exchanges, is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of designing and implementing reliable, low-latency, and highly performant applications. The company is providing investors and traders with world-class crypto and stock market tracking services. The company has managed to secure more than $3.4mn in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:

Turn the leadership’s technical vision into a tangible roadmap at every quarter
Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
Extensive experience working with Ruby on Rails
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
