Tech strategy

Be in charge of the technological architecture for working and growing of our company business by developing, executing, managing and evaluating the company’s technological setup, and directly reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

Lead Company platform software architecture

Re-design our Company platform in terms of architecture, used technology and scalability

Driving the strategic direction of our platform architecture and supporting the development of new solutions and services

Close cooperation with various development teams as well as the business analysts, product owners and the lead developers in design and creation of new platform services

Main contact person for developers regarding architecture and code quality

The role of a technical visionary advisor for our platform, that contributes to our business strategy

Propose and discuss complex technical solutions, create design documents

Research and Development

Researches and evaluates innovative technologies with strong driven open-source community mindset

Develops design guidelines and patterns for software and application architecture

Organizational Capability Development

Builds up the capability and other related departments by keeping them to stay up to date with digital technology developments, technology standards, industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 7-10 years experiences in software architecture of web or enterprise application platform

At least 3 years at senior management level

Exceptional leadership, project management and planning and organization skills

Ability to design software with security in mind

English proficiency is a must and with writing and presentation skills

Familiarity with Node.js, vue.js, react.js, Java and Python

Familiarity with Agile for Scrum, Kanban or SAFe

Familiarity with Kafka, Spark and Big Data platforms

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree / experience

Great attitude with ‘can-do and will-do’ mindset, and results orientations

Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff

Experience in working in European companies/or multi-cultural working environment is an advantage
