Job description

Role:
  • You will lead a team of backend developers to build and deliver high-quality web and mobile apps
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise senior and junior software engineers to achieve project objectives
  2. Communicate with clients as technical consultant
  3. Standardize internal development process and base code
  4. Develop backend system of web and mobile applications
  5. Deliver requested application on time and on scope
  6. Maintain existing web applications to achieve service level agreement (SLA)
  7. Improve technical performance of web applications
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or other majors with relevant knowledge
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing web application with MVC frameworks
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in mentoring and supervising junior developers
  4. Excellent analytical and programming skills, especially with PHP or ASP .NET
  5. Knowledgeable in Linux or Microsoft Azure system administration
