Description:
1. As a leader who is able to lead and direct the Project Squad to achieve Project GOALS 2. Determine the priority of developer work 3. Perform shaping process 4. Identify and resolve Rabbit Holes 5. Create Sprint Review Report and Project Discussion Document per Sprint in Active Collab. 6. Assist and ensure analysts can perform the testing process properly 7. Responsible for creating and updating the Gantt Chart 8. Create project charter. 9. Review the deliverable document. 10. Responsible for communicating and setting the agenda with clients which includes 11. Requirement Gathering, UAT, Weekly Update Progress
Requirements:
- Proficient in UML notation, BPMN and similar.
- Have been a programmer or business analyst
- Have the ability to communicate with others and gather information
- Love new challenges, continue to learn and develop themselves
- Understand and willing to apply growth mindset when working
- Can understand English articles or videos
- If WFO, Placement in Sleman, Yogyakarta
- Willing to be assigned out of town short or long term
- Willing to follow company policies regarding Work from office or Work from home
