Job description

Develop mobile app using React Native for iOS and Android. Work together in small team with product manager, designer, team leader, backend developer in sprints to develop high quality mobile apps. Write automated test code to ensure mobile app works well. Manually tests app built to ensure it works as intended.

Technical requirements

Proficient in React / React Native
Experienced in Redux, aware of Redux Saga
Good in code management to code up reusable components, containers, services
Experienced in writing automated tests using suitable libraries, e.g. Jest, Enzyme, React Native testing library, Detox etc
Experienced in slicing design to front end layout
Proficient in using git

General Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): React, JavaScript, React JS, React Native
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

Coconut Lab was founded in Singapore in end 2017. Our focus is in digital advisory and development services. We partner mainly with SMEs and startups, with most clients from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. You will expect quite a fair bit of skypes and hangout calls.

In 2018, we have more than doubled our team size to 14 pax today, and still growing. We are in a number of cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Bandung. Our growth focal point will still be Jakarta, and perhaps in due time, to Bali for our "Work, Live, Play" internal scheme.

Given our nimble structure, we are a very open and independent team. We believe in our staff to deliver what they need to, we don't like micro-management, and we love to empower them. We hope you have what it takes for this.

There is minimal corporate structure (we don't like it). We mainly use responsibilities as our measurement of talents. Hence we welcome anyone who are willing challenge themselves to excel in a bigger responsibility.

There will be KPIs to measure performance, and of course, risk and rewards structure will be there.
