The developer will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards using both common and unique objects. Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create the documentation and system necessary requirements
- Take the initiative on integration implementations while working with vendors
- Work together with the team lead, analysts, developers, and architects
- Test, resolve, and address user problems while producing user instruction materials
- Work on new projects, collaborate with a great team, and aid in the creation of innovative solutions that will improve the client experience
- Develop, maintain, operate, and integrate Salesforce apps with other platforms and systems
- Maintain and set up the standard and custom objects in Sales Cloud, including the development of fields, formulas, and validation rules
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce developer
- 3+ years of experience working extensively with Salesforce Lightning
- Technical expertise with APIs like REST and SOAP
- Must have Salesforce Administrator (201) certification and Platform Developer I
- Nice to have additional Salesforce Platform App Builder certification and Platform Developer II
- Extensive knowledge of code coverage, unit testing, and the distribution and packaging of metadata
- Prior experience handling permission sets, associated app licenses, third-party AppExchange applications, and training when onboarding new users into Salesforce
- Track record of building and validating flows
- Some familiarity and practical knowledge of the APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of GitHub repository management, different Salesforce setups, and DevOps systems like Gearset/Copado
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to put difficult technical requirements into simple terms.
- Powerful project management abilities and prior experience working with Flows troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of project management applications like Asana, JIRA, Notion, or ClickUp
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
