Requirements

Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, macOS).
Having knowledge of Slack, bitwarden, notion, bitbucket and AWS is a plus.
Understanding information technology, role-based access control.
Administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good communicator with experience working with end users (including senior executives).
Understanding programming knowledge is a plus.
Fast learner.

Responsibilities

Manage user access control of the third-party and internal platform
help and deliver end-user get a new account
The IAM admin understands the workflow for requesting a new account and is aware of the different roles-access in our platform
Troubleshoot end users if there are problems related to access to a platform
