Job description

A Silicon Valley-based company that is developing an innovative trading platform that prevents users from overpaying for crypto, is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing code that is clear, effective, and simple to understand and includes functional design patterns and unit tests. The company is developing a powerful trading platform that will enable immediate deposits, commission-free investment, and smooth and speedy trading. The company has managed to secure $3.8mn+ during their Seed round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the system integration and interactions with the stakeholders
Identify the solutions required to put company strategy and procedures in place
Oversee the operations and development teams as they create, develop, and implement software systems in an agile manner
Create, alter, and evaluate the platform’s technical architecture

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
Extensive experience working with Python and Node.js
Fluent in spoken and written English communication
