Job description

A Silicon Valley-based company that is developing a commission-free cryptocurrency investment platform is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of documenting the codebase while engaging in the knowledge-sharing process with other engineers. The company is developing an efficient trading platform to enable customers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. The company has managed to securely raise $8.6mn+ during their Seed round of funding. This will be a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve technical issues to make things easier for various stakeholders
Create and maintain quality coding standards
Design fast, scalable, and agile features for a competitive market
Collaborate with systems administrators and front-end teams to create seamless systems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end Engineer
Expertise in Python and Node.js is a must
Passionate about code quality
Great with written and verbal English communication
