A fast-growing company that is developing a suite of tools for annotating and creating map data is looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and improvement tasks for current back-end applications and processes. The company is leveraging the power of world-class technology to provide advanced geospatial analytics and other services to users. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and influence key individual features and products by implementing the best practices and patterns that can be used for the engineering lifecycle
Compile and analyze data, different processes, and codes for troubleshooting problems
Provide valuable insight on how the team can refine their processes and tools to support additional contributors in their architecture and code
Own major application features and take responsibility for their maintenance and improvement over time

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
Prolific experience working with Python
Some familiarity with Data Engineering is nice to have
Excellent English communication skills
