Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing state-of-the-art employee monitoring software to help businesses operate more efficiently, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be taking on a variety of duties that will allow them to explore all aspects of web service engineering. The company is developing a comprehensive platform to offer businesses tools for managing employee performance, attendance, and actionable intelligence. The company has managed to secure more than $927K during their Seed round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Work unsupervised on numerous competing priorities
Learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic landscape
Build scalable features while independently creating and implementing a mobile application for the iOS and Android platforms
Prepare to collaborate with others and conduct peer code reviews
Focus on reducing technological debt, improving the current system, and developing additional developer tools

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
Prolific experience with C++
Extensive experience with OS-level API communication like Windows, Mac, and Linux
Nice to have some knowledge of QT, Modern CMake, SQL Lite, and REST API
Familiarity with Mac OS X systems skills along with Windows service development is desirable
In-depth knowledge of Windows Win32 library and real-time communication is preferable
Nice to have some cross-platform C++ development experience
Ability to effectively work and communicate with team members
Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
