Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing leading market intelligence services for the cannabis industry is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will be working with cross-functional teams and the leadership to make recommendations on making informed and data-driven decisions. The company assists cannabis businesses with thriving in this competitive and crucial market. The company has managed to secure more than $6.2mn during their Seed round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on improving the client integration experience
Communicate with clients’ technical leadership, understand the requirements, and execute projects
Build modules around the existing and new software platforms
Work with a wide range of systems and technologies to solve end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Extensive experience working with SQL and Python
Prolific experience with Data Engineering
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
