Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is reinventing how customers buy, sell, own, and interact with products to enable the transition of fashion to a circular economy, is looking for a Senior Technical Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting content creation as needed for the developer portal. The company's comprehensive product cloud platform is helping retail businesses to digitize, manage and connect their products across the full lifecycle. The company has managed to secure more than $8mn during their Series A round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the design, implementation, and launch of projects including branding and integration
Support the account management team directly throughout the technical SME design implementations between the company's systems and those of the customers
Utilize APIs to create POC integrations for testing and validating technical concepts
Provide existing and new brands with data mapping and data ingestion processes
Design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client
Communicate with customers regarding data mapping and integrations workstreams
Promote and assist API-led exploration sessions Integrations and outputs for requirements
Document requirements pertaining to API-led integrations and internal enhancement needs
Host API tutorials for pre-determined use cases and customer-facing developer portal
Create repeatable integration patterns and documentation

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5-7 years of technical project management or consulting experience
Extensive experience working with system integration concepts and API best practices
Experience applying business and technical skills, as well as consulting methodologies, to collect and evaluate requirements, configure and implement technical solutions based on agreed-upon business outcomes and use cases
Experience with planning, timelines, status reports, and various activities to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
Exceptional time-management and project organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
