Job description

Fita is a health-tech platform that aims to plug the preventive healthcare gap in Indonesia with localized content that has been curated by certified fitness trainers & nutritionists. We are looking for Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the optimal resources of infrastructure can be delivered through agile process to support system/software development process by tightly engaged with Engineering Team. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely. In Fita, you possess absolute ownership over the systems in your business scope of control. Golang and Typescript for Backend
Kubernetes for Backend
GraphQL for API Gateway in NodeJS and Apollo
Google Cloud Platform in Indonesia region with services BigQuery, Pubsub, GKE, Cloud SQL
Flutter for Mobile Apps

Responsibility:

Participate in the entire software development process including design, development, delivery, monitoring, and improvement
Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability
Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity
Closely collaborating with other engineering and product teams to ensure that expected system behavior is understood and monitoring exists to detect anomalies
Participate in continuous improvement and execution of quality and timely major incident root cause analysis and blameless post-mortem activities to ensure we take action to avoid similar problems in the future

Requirements:

Preferably 1+ years of experience as Site Reliability Engineer/Software Engineer/Systems Engineer or similar software engineering role
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
Solid understanding of Agile Methods and Infrastructure as Code
Experience and advanced understanding of Observability, CI/CD and release management
Experience working with large-scale distributed systems with understanding of microservices architecture concepts
Experience in Kubernetes, Kubernetes Ingress preferred
Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code and Automation (ex : Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Packer and Git, GitHub) preferred
