Job description

A U.S.-based company that is developing world-class enterprise software solutions quickly and in a price-efficient manner is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of writing reusable code that is clear, effective, scalable, and testable. The company is enabling businesses everywhere to transform brilliant ideas into software that is future-proof. The company has managed to secure more than $362mn during their Series C round of funding. This position requires 6+ hours of overlap with the ET time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

To guarantee features are delivered on schedule, provide comprehensive work estimates
Develop reasonable tasks for development work that can be included in ongoing sprints
Work together on cross-platform projects with cross-functional development teams across several time zones
Assist the software testing team in ensuring the product is of the highest quality

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
Prolific Containerization experience
Extensive experience debugging memory issues
Demonstrable experience with Node.js and Microservices
Must have Cloud experience, including multi-cloud
Nice to have some knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP
Fluent in spoken and written English
