Job duties:
a. Two types of projects:
a-1. Contact-Center (Genesys product line) project-related development work
a-2. Business Process Management (Dynamic Case Management product line) project-related development work
b. Learning of Contact-Center industry knowledge/scenario/system - will be guided by a dedicated person
c. Genesys product architecture learning - including software system installation - will have exclusive teaching materials, learn in projects and assist senior personnel
d. Understanding and learning of VoIP architecture, VoIP GW setting training, SBC setting training
Requirements:
Must Need:
a. ext.JS 5.1 or above has the concept of MVVM architecture.
b. PL/SQL.
c. front-end/ HTML CSS architecture development.
d. Experience with relational database is preferred.
e. Experience in report development is preferred (plus points for BI-Microstrategy tool experience).
f. ETL conversion/planning experience is good.
g. Those who have relevant vocational training certifications from the Institute of Information Policy and Industrial Technology Research Institute are preferred.
h. Please prepare relevant experience briefings or presentation instructions for the interview.

Better to Have:
