The selected candidate will be responsible for creating the necessary repos, folders, files, and branching strategies. Job Responsibilities:

Define the technical specifications for the implementation of the back-end solution
Audit existing code repositories, create best practices, and put them into effect
Thoroughly review every line of Python code and create documentation
Implement a best practices document or guide for future reference by all developers
Implement continuous integration and delivery strategies
Create and deploy QC/unit testing services to make sure scraping jobs are functioning properly and gathering relevant data

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Demonstrable experience working with Python Scrapy and AWS Fargate deployment
Experience with GitHub and Docker containers
Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL database
Excellent English communication skills
