Job description

A U.S.-based company that provides students, professionals, and lifelong learners with digital, interactive learning experiences, is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be contributing to an ongoing rewrite project of the platform’s API. The company is providing advanced STEM learning solutions that help students pursue world-class education. The company has managed to secure more than $23..5mn during their Series C round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Track performance and suggest improvements
Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance the usability

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Demonstrable experience working with React, REST API, GraphQL, and Python
Extensive experience with Vue.js, Next.js, and Chakra UI
Familiarity with CSS and DevOps is preferred
Excellent English communication skills
