Job description

A. Qualifications
The qualifications for this position are:
1. Minimum D3 / S1 is preferred
2. Have at least 1-3 years of experience as Software Quality Assurance, Software Tester
3. Have an understanding of software development cycles such as: agile & DevOps.
4. Have an understanding of software testing methods such as: manual testing, automations testing, API Testing, Mobile Testing, Web Testing.
5. Have good communication skills.
6. Having experience programming or creating testing automation is a plus.
7. having an understanding of ISO 8583 is a plus.
8. Willing to be contacted outside working hours if needed.
9. Have good integrity, discipline and professionalism.
B. Job Description
The job description for this position is as follows:
1. Collaborate in the process of analyzing system requirements with the Solution Engineeringwork unit to determine the stages and planning of system development.
2. Create complete and accurate system test scenarios.
3. Ensure that the tested system meets the client's needs/desires and minimize the possibility of errors/bugs.
4. Setting up a system test environment.
5. Install and configure the testing environment.
6. Perform manual/automatic system testing both functional tests, integration tests, regression tests and API tests,.
7. Verify JSON, XML, ISO8583 messaging logs.
8. Report bugs/errors found and analyzed to the relevant work units.
9. Collaborate with Solution Engineering work units to ensure the repair/resolution and retesting of bugs/errors/complaints are done correctly.
10. Conduct socialization to prospective clients/partners.
11. Carry out SIT (System Integration Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test) processes via Remote or Onsite.
12. Accompany the Customer Success / Supportwork unit and carry out further handling if problems occur during the Roll Out process.
13. Assist theCustomer Success/Supportwork unit in handling complaints in the live production environment.
14. Document the test results.
15. Documenting bugs/errorreports .
17. Documenting Roll Outprocedures .
18. Perform daily standup on slack and periodically report the latest status of project/product development on Azure boards.
19. Managing and monitoring Environment Testing.
