What will You do:

Understand project thoroughly and review requirements, specifications, and implementation
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Task allocation, risk mitigation, release planning
Review quality of test cases written and quality of testing done by team members for every task
Plan effective Regression testing cycles as and when required
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to ensure smooth Sprint process execution
Track quality metrics, e.g. test cases, defect densities and open defect counts.
Implement new testing tools and test strategies as per requirements
Ensure timely deliveries of projects
Raise timely escalations and provide proper feedbacks for team members to management
The Successful Applicant

Requirement:

.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related subject
Minimum 2 years experience as Software Quality Assurance Lead
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiar with Api Testing, Website Testing, Mobile Testing
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Good leadership and communication skills
