Communicate strategic decisions with other Teams
Manage and develop documents related to information system development in YPBB (including application usage SOP for staff)
Analyse organisational needs and translate them into information system design.
Translate the wishes of users or information system users so that the information system developed can be used and increase staff productivity.
Analyse the system requirements of the application options used by the organisation.
Design a PC-based or mobile application according to the needs (YPBB will develop applications by prioritising a no-coding approach).
Conduct system development and application selection studies, including analysing system development costs.
Technical support to staff in the process of implementing information systems and applications.
Periodic maintenance and evaluation of systems and applications to ensure the system is running optimally.
Research and stay abreast of the latest technology and trends in the field of information systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders in the organisation to ensure successful development and implementation of information systems.
Assist other divisions or projects in YPBB if needed
Live in a location that has an internet network with a good and stable signal.
Have a personal laptop that can be used for work related to creating system designs and accessing collaborative online-based tools.
Able to work using collaborative online-based tools: Google Workspace, Draw.io, Google Meet, Zoom, Notion, Clockify and the like.
Willing to commit to full time work for at least 2 (two) years.
Have experience in analysing information systems or have an appropriate educational background (preferably from the Information Systems department).
Know the flow of making system design according to the SDLC stages.
Know and understand the concept of relational database.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills, including communicating technical information to non-technical/staff audiences.
Initiative and ability to perform tasks independently and in teamwork.
Willingness to learn and develop skills.
Experience managing AWS servers (a plus)
