-Responsible fo serving and giving a response to escalation problems whose coming from client
-Doing evaluation to architecture documentation, configuration and technology used
-Doing identification and investigation to every problems on application or infrastructure based on activity (log) or monitoring tools
-Troubleshoot to every problems and documentation problem solving process
-Maintan communication and coordination with stakeholder
-Develop themselves to understanding and technical ability
-Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, networ server and virtualization
-Conducting report update routinely (weekly and monthly)
-Obligated to obey the policy and procedures and system management that is established
