Description:

We are seeking the QA engineer responsible for a product test. In order to provide high-quality software to customers, the candidate should be able to communicate closely with customers and develop the team to provide immediate assistance. The candidate should be able to handle the customer inquiries/PoC, and also design test plans/cases in product development cycles. It is a must-have that the candidate can design and develop the automation test. Familiarity with the storage system or RAID operating mechanism is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Experienced in database (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MariaDB) setup, tweaking, and benchmarking.
Experienced in Virtualization and container platform (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Kubernetes) deployment, maintenance, and benchmarking.
Experienced in storage system (DAS, NAS, SAN) setup, tweaking, and benchmarking.
Familiar with Windows and Linux operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or equivalent study experience.
3 years of working experience in software development/testing.
Programming skills for script language (Shell script, Python, Robot framework) for test automation.
Experience in Linux system operation.
Experience (installation and operation) in Jenkins, test cases management system and issue tracking system.
Experience in hardware or software RAID operation is a plus.
Experience in Kubernetes is a plus.
Good communication skills.
