Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a Tech Lead is a must
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Leading team of Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend and QA) to deliver the project as expected.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
