Requirements :

Mandatory:

Graduated from Information Technology / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
Able to communicate with key-user in technical perspectives.
Have a good logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Good in Object Oriented Programming / Functional Programming.
Good in Technical Documentation.
Passionate to provide support and troubleshooting based on SLA.

Preferable:

1. 1 year of experience in ERP/Enterprise System or Fresh Graduate with excellent capabilities.

2. English Written and Verbal Communication is preferable.

Description

1 year of experience in ERP/Enterprise System or Fresh Graduate with excellent capabilities. English Written and Verbal Communication is preferable.:

Provide technical support and assistance to client.
Maintain support SLA above 90%.
Communicate and discuss with key user (Client) in technical perspectives.
Provide technical measurement for module that will be developed / configured.
Follow and support training, requirement, review, and UAT session.
Develop detailed technical design from requirement session.
Unit testing and bug fixing.
Create Technical Documentation.
Configure development to production environment.
