Experience with conducting user research
Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. identify user's pain point).
Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.

Collaborating with the product, tech, other stakeholders teams, and also customers to collect, understand, and define requirements.
Taking a data-driven approach to visual and interaction design decisions.
Testing that design solutions through usability testing methods such as unmoderated testing, moderated testing, product analytics data, and A/B testing.
Align with other teams to ensure that your research will have an impact on users, business goals, and the organization.
Adapting and innovating research methodologies and sharing with the team to help enrich the team’s skills and expertise.
Work closely with the Product Team in delivering the Product Requirement Documentation.
Grow product metrics, contribute to strategic decisions
Cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Emails) with knowledge about platform advantages and limitations.
